, EV 996 760 521CN but they have disappeared and 70 days have passed and have not been sent, and these parcels are very important to me, could you help me?

My parcel have be in Guangzhou since 18th August 2021. System show handled over to airline. Sender have request parcel to be retrieve and send back to sender, however 2 weeks gone and parcel not retrieve.
