Dear all, I’ve sent parcel from Russia to China for personal usage. Now I got status update, that parcel is hold by Chinese customs and bill or invoice needs to be provided by sender. I would like to find out what kind of bill is expected? I’m sending the parcel to person (my relative) not legal entity for personal usage. Please clarify.
