Repeated Guangzhou/Fuzhou Return

My package LZ460052363CN has been in transit for more than 80 days but just seems to go back and forth between Guangzhou and Fuzhou saying it has been returned. It has been returned 14 times so far and has been cleared for international departure 8 times but never seems to depart. Can you please let me know what is happening?

It didn't pass the check and was returned back for many times. It was delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
