Rejected at Safety Check

Hi!
I placed an order on October 29th for a Christmas ornament, NOT a forbidden item. My item has been rejected at the safety check point at least 5 times now. Can you please look into the issue? I'd really like to have it before Christmas.

Hi Amber,

It didn't pass the check and was returned back for many times. It was delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
