A sender gave me a tracking number EV971309378CN on 27th April and shipped on 28th April.
However there is no shipping information on this tracking number yet.
My questions are;
1. Is it available that the tracking number is provided without shipment?
2. Is the update of shipping information delayed due to Chinese Labor Day Holidays?
