Regarding tracking number AQ529389634CN

Hello -
When I checked on the tracking number, it says that the package has been voted on October 14th in Leander, USA but I did not receive any package. Can you please tell me if it has been given to USPS or what's the status on the package? It is very confusing. If it has been given to USPS, What is the new tracking number? Please let me know. Thank you!

Hi Joel Bakki,

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
