Sir, kindly check on this tracking. Can you please check whether there is any issue in this shipment
a few days ago its shows as returned: RV524361095CN

We tracked our package today (1/12/2021) and found that it was delivered to someone in Marion, Virginia. 24354. We live in Vernal, Utah 84078. Not even close! I checked our receipt and it shows our billing and delivery info is correct. I don't know what happened on your end, but we don't have our prepaid package, someone else does.

Hi Midhun Raj,

According to the latest tracking information, it couldn't pass the customs check and was returned back to Xinxiang City where the seller is located on Jan.4. You couldn't receive it. What you need to do now is to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
