What happens if I refuse delivery of an item delivered to the UK? Does it get returned back to China?

Hi Tom,

If the returned address is clear, it will be returned back to China. You need to let the sender know if you refuse the package. Or, you will not get refund.

I have a package of 2 swim suits..it's in Jamaica now..I would like to refuse it..what is your policy on this?
