I received a noticed this morning saying my packages were delivered but I never received them..been waiting on this order since last yr. The tracking number is LCWL20460597YQ can you please reach out to me with any info

Hi, I have a parcel with this tracking number DU9101209478YM. According to your website it’s saying that it has been delivered already at a place in Birzebbuga, Malta. But please note that is not the place of delivery I have inserted. Original delivery adress is the following: APT 8002, Triq Il-Fortizza, Madliena Village, Madliena Malta. Hi, my packege was sent from china 10 days ago. The most recent update is "arrive at the place of delivery". What does that mean? When i check my local post it says package was sent from origin country.

My order (UJ748516818CN) was sent to Bologna (IT) more than a month ago. Now the tracking research says that my parcel is "arrive at place of delivery" in Milan. what does it mean?
