Redelivery of letter

You triied to deiiver a large letter on friday 13th Oct. The ref no for the track and trace item is :
RU774475762GB.
Can you tell me which China Post Delivery Office would try to deliver this item so I can give this info to my son to collect it himself .

Hi Colin Proctor,

Do you mean China Post delivered it on 13th Oct but your son didn't get it? You'd better let your son call China Post service number 11183 in China to require China Post to delivery it to him. The call is for Chinese language, if your son couldn't speak Chinese, let him press 8 after hear the voice to get connected with English service. Or find a Chinese friends to make the call for him.
