redelivery ??? where is my parcel

My parcel was sent to Portugal but unfortunatelly I was not notified for the delivery by the postman, so the parcel went back to China the 30 of October 2019 and it is at Jinhua/Zheijiang (it is what i read with the tracking number : LL721639345CN with Shangai EMS). Can you resend it to Portugal at the same address :

1150-064 Lisbon
Portugal
