Since some days I have seen in your tracking site that my product is delivered, the tracking number is AS812202777CN and my name is Hubert TOYE. But I don't receive anything yet. Where is my shipped product. It is a computer I bought in line. When I tried to call your phone number, anyone answered.

On 06/17/2023 the Dhgate website reported that China Post was at my address and delivered the package AQ109509782CN What never happened, they were never at my address, this emorosa claims that she delivers the goods, but it is a lie. Where is the proof of delivery? Where is your responsibility? And they do not respond to complaints dhgate charged me for a product that I did not receive and as this company does not respond I was at a loss.

I have not received my package AS031831405CN. I only have the china post tracking#. The post office will not assist me without a valid tracking#

According to the tracking information, AS812202777CN was delivered on Jan.27. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
