The recipient of item RL786302353IE has claimed the item is not with customs.

Could you contact the recipient on phone number +86-15872542345 to let them know the item is with customs or provide contact details of customs for this item please?

I have send back (returned) the product to the seller - the package is at the customs, but the seller does not want to contact with customs.
How long does the package stay there waiting for the recipient?
