It’s been about two weeks package @‘China Post indicating pickup with NO forwarding address and/or phone numbers. How can I obtain delivery status.?

Dear all,
We are the translators of Belarus Post. We need addresses of several mail exchange centres, in particular - the departments which are into verification notes processing. Currently we have addresses for Beijing, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Dongguan, Hong Kong. What we need are addresses of Nanjing, Yiwa, Yiwu, Wenzhou, Shenzhen, Jinhua. We used to send all VNs signed for these bureaux to Beijing, but never received any reply, so we figure that we need a specific address for each of these.
