Receiver can't accept the parcel because name not same as identity.

Hi , can you please check RC751937285SG.
When receiver go collect the parcel but department collection don't want to give the parcel as receiver name not same as identification card as receiver used nick name. Can you please arranges back the delivery again!

It will be returned back to Singapore if the delivery was failed.
