Received a size small when I ordered a size X-Large. What am I to do?

Hi i woukd like to know the weight and size of a parcel from China. They tell me it has been delivered, but i have not received it, or should i say i have not received the items ordered. I need to know the weight and size delivered so i know what i am looking for.
