Received tracking number over 2 weeks ago but it is still not in the system?

Hi, I purchased an item back in September & it was shipped using tracking number LV295186541CN on 6/10
I have checked daily & there is still no tracking information.
The seller is no help & his reply is it has been sent. Please could you help?
