i have order 1 cycle they advertise on face book i get replied by elfrmqp500099 @gmail.com ...i wait 2 months and now i get 1 sunglass which i never order they took 28 euro ...and send me sunglass 1 euro cost if someone see this gmail.note its totaly fraud

Why is FB allowing their users to be scammed with false ads? Should they be responsible to reimburse the users? We ordered 2 items through FB ads, we have yet to receive them & after 3 months waiting I assume we never will. Yesterday to our surprise we received a small package containing google eye balls, this we certainly did not order. Package was from Han Jie 36-3-19, Majiapu West road, FENGtaidistrict beijingshi BEIJING (2 Chinese Characters), BEIJING, BEIJING 100068 CHINA. Also the wrong phone number below my husbands name and address. This scamming on FB needs to be stopped. YES, I think FB needs to be held responsible, afterall they collect big dollars for advertisments. But, apparently they just don't give a care as to what their users are subjected to.

Same, we just got one with a cheap bracelet in it. Did anything ever come of you packages. Like are they contaminated?

I received a spoon and fork in the red box. Never ordered this. Only thing I can think of is I did buy a Nintendo Switch on a sketchy website that disappeared... Also I never received that. It was $100. Anyone else??

I have received 2 packages from the same sender, same item... a clear box/case. They are from the same sender--36-3-39, Majiapu west road, FENGtaidistrict bejingshi BEIJING

I ordered a set of LED bulbs. Got sent a hip bottle.
As compensation they want to pay back 65% (after various negotiations by e-mail).
They are scammers. I'm going to see if Paypal also sees this and compensates me.

Received a small rectangle plastic box with nothing inside, had bought a small shed. Paypal ruled against me as i'm thinking small box was tracked as being my item. can't get in contact with either payal or other company same address as other people. I thought things were secure on paypal. wrong.
