It should be a Brushing Scam. It's sent by sellers in China to boost the seller's ratings by creating fake orders. They usually ship an inexpensive product to an unwitting receiver and then submitting positive reviews on the product. I suggest you keep it if you are not charged.

I received a packet that contains a mountain bike helmet! I did not order this!!
I have no idea what company you are but obviously i need some type of contact with you in order to return it and to find out how i purchased it (through facebook or what estore??)
I can get my bank to reimburse me and will return the helmet....
