Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You need to wait for more days to get update. If you don't want to wait for more days, you can contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution in time.

Hi, my package has been stuck on "received by the carrier" for 14 days now. I am having the updates very late, as I had the "received by the carrier - 10 Feb 12:41" update on Feb 22nd. It is normal? Can you check where is my package at the moment?
It supposed to be coming from China to Turkey. I offered it off DHGate with the number:
LZ656793086CN
