Hi, I have received in the post a parcel from you people containing a pair of sunglasses which I have never ordered. How did this happen and what would you like me to do with them

Hi karen,

If you are not charged, just keep it. It should be a Brushing Scam. It's sent by a seller in China to boost the seller's ratings by creating fake orders. They usually ship an inexpensive product to an unwitting receiver and then submitting positive reviews on the product.
