How do I return thee size 8 shoes for size 7? Where do I send them?

it was several week ago when I bought them off my I-phone. I have no idea who the seller was I contacted you because that is the name on the label. The entire label is in Chinese except for a few words.

The seller just used China Post to deliver them to you. China Post didn't know the seller's real address. You need to check your order from I-phone and find out the seller information. Then contact them if you could change them to the smaller size. If they agree and you have no problem about who will pay for the postage fee under your negotiation, you can return the shoes back with the address the seller giving you.

Where did you buy the shoes? You'd better contact the seller and ask for their address to returned them back. And then they will send you the ones of smaller sizes. But you need to pay for the postage for the return.
