Comprei um relógio masculino KEMANQI Luxo Ultra Fino Black/Bra pelo Facebook Loja Maringa pedido #1259 preço R$99,90 no dia 18/04/19.- Loja Maringá - #5914335772736.
O relógio chegou dia 20/05/19 com o vidro quebrado e sem funcionar, veja o anexo.
Qual é a solução uma vez que este relógio veio da China mal protegido, acho que no transporte colocaram peso em cima.
Como vocês poderão substituir ou vou perder o que paguei.

I bought a mens watch KEMANQI Luxury Ultra Fine Black / Bra by Facebook Loja Maringa request # 1259 price R $ 99,90 on 18/04 / 19.- Maringá Shop - # 5914335772736.
The clock arrived on 05/20/19 with the glass broken and not working, see the attachment.
What is the solution since this watch came from China poorly protected, I think in the shipping put weight on top.
How can you replace or lose what I paid.
