Reason why my package is being returned

My mercendise returns package, CJ180076961US, is being sent back to me as of 2020-11-18. It will NOT be delivered to the seller, TOPOKEY, in China. What is the reason that it will not be delivered in China?

Hi John Thompson,

There may be problem for the address. You need to let the receiver contact the customs (call 12360) to further check it.
