Reason for postal delay?

Tracking LV261685857CN. Can you tell me why my parcel is still sitting in Wuhan please? I bought the toys on 6th September. I need them before the end of October.

90 days delay for a parcel from China to Switzerland is a disgrace. Even african postal service do much better. You should refund the amount payed and apologize fur such a bad service.
