Really confused about the tracking on my package

tracking number is LZ925460603CN
Why does it say airline departure and flight departure at 14:55.07 on 05/07 but then at 15:09:32 it says handed over to forwarding agent? what does this mean??

Hi Fin,

It means it's waiting for the flight now. It may takes more days to leave China.
