Why all of my parcel don't pass the scanning? Always security return even the item is not forbidden? What is the problem? Even i paid for the fee from the previous parcel that is returned.

It didn't pass the check and was returned back for two times. It was delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal.
