If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hope you are doing well. WI000073659937SMT is stuck at, "arrived at departure transit hub" for over a month, since june 18th. Could you possibly look into this for me? I'm concerned the parcel may be stuck in transit.
