My parcel is stil "handed over to airline". What does that mean and how long til it reach the Netherlands?

Your package has left China is in transit to Netherlands now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.
