RD438249178CN Status

I sent two letters, one on November 6th 2018 and November 7th 2018 from Nanjing, CH to California US. The letter that I sent on the 7th arrived at the destination, but the one that I sent on the 6th has not arrived in the US (RD438249178CN). Could you please help with the status of this letter?

Latest tracking status 10/18 si "Already handed over to airlines for transportation", but the same status I saw on 10/10. Please let me know what is exact status.....Destination country is India
