Hi. The last status update for this says 'Zengzhou Exchange Stationed returned'. Does this mean my parcel is being returned to sender? Are there problems sending to the UK at the moment? Thank you

There is no problem sending to UK at the moment. But the delivery will be delayed due to the coronavirus. According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller or stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
