Hi,
I would like to find out why my post sent from SH and TW was returned?
Is it returned to sender?
If not, when it would be expected to leave SH?
Please provide as much information as possible.
Thank you

But why has it been returned? Is it because of Covid 19 affecting frequency of flights?
But even if the sender sends again, is it likely to be returned again? Sender has sent out the letter at earliest possible date due to the urgency of this letter but I think the sender would not have a solution if the letters are returned at port?

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
