My tracking number is through a different site, but I googled RC international Airport and this popped up. My tracking number is: AG661926355CN says its been in RC international Airport since August 15th, 2023. Could someone help me? Is it stuck? Is it a scam?

I placed an order on April 10,2022. It was supposedly shipped on April 11, 2022 The following is what tracking has shown but still not in the hands of USPS in the USA. Please help
