Quotation on sending warranty parcel to China

Hi. I'm Kamilah from EC COM Sdn Bhd,
Could you guide me on how to use the China Post delivery services to return defect item (under warranty) back to factory in China. The Factory is requesting to used the China Post services.

Kindly guide me on the process and quotation.
