So my package said it would be delivered from 8 to 14 days and its been 20 days and i was just wondering how much longer it will take to get here. It is currently in sorting center in destination country and it has been in that state for about 3 days. I live in Snellville Ga so if that would help you make an estimation that would be great.

I have asked questions twice, they were posted. When looking for response I found both questions were removed without being answered. If you don't have an answer just tell me, don't ignore me and throw out the questions. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

This site hasn’t answered any of my questions so if you found it while looking for information on your package don’t even bother asking on here because they won’t answer your questions… this has been incredibly frustrating and honestly a waste of time but I don’t understand how an express package hasn’t left China yet and it’s been 2 weeks, how the hell is that “express”? I’ve tried to be calm, I’ve tried to be patient but the lack of response on any of my three questions on here shows an inherent lack of customer service that is honestly astonishing. China Post is just phenomenal.

Hi, I called you for a week ago and i had some questions, the person couldn't give me answers so she said that they will contact me. i explained that it is very urgent but i still haven't got any answer from them.
my questions are:
1. If I want to send a packge from China to USA that i sold through Ebay, Should i calculate the price as following: To USA: Handling fee 9RMB +0.074 (Ebay rate) x 600gr= 44RMB. totaly 53.4RMB for a parcel that weighs 600grams?
