I am writing to inquire about the status of my shipments, which were dispatched one week ago and are currently stuck at the Guangzhou International Exchange Bureau.

The tracking numbers for my parcels are as follows:

EB822850350CN
EB822886487CN

Hi Mohammed,

LM106690859CN is in transit to Ireland now. There will be update after it arrives.
EB822850350CN and EB822886487CN are from Guangzhou International Exchange Bureau to the next stop now. They are delayed due to typhoon. I suggest you wait for more days to see.

This site hasn’t answered any of my questions so if you found it while looking for information on your package don’t even bother asking on here because they won’t answer your questions… this has been incredibly frustrating and honestly a waste of time but I don’t understand how an express package hasn’t left China yet and it’s been 2 weeks, how the hell is that “express”? I’ve tried to be calm, I’ve tried to be patient but the lack of response on any of my three questions on here shows an inherent lack of customer service that is honestly astonishing. China Post is just phenomenal.
