Question regarding Tracking# CH130228678US

Dear China post,
I want to check on the status of the package I mailed last month. The tracking number is CH130228678US. The package arrived at the Qingdao post office and was on hold since 4/16, the recipient contacts the post office many times and they won't release the package to the recipient and force her to return the package back to the US. I truly don't understand why. The package contains a wedding gift for my sister and the wedding day is coming up next week. Please help!

Hi Kelly Zhang,

You'd better let your sister contact China customs (call 12360) to check for the reason. In normal, it should be waiting the receiver to declare and the receiver doesn't do that that makes it returned back.

I asked you a question about a delay in the delivery of a package that I posted on 15th November 2016. Your reply was that I should call a phone number to find out myself. What then is the point in asking you a question if all you can do is provide a number that I cannot call from Ireland. Your service, and any answer you provide here is useless.
