Why do you feel the need to have a confirmation ox where you have to enter in numbers and syllables?

Hi Mister,

Do you mean the check code when you enter the tracking numbers?

We set the check code to make sure who wants to check the tracking result is a human not the machine. If the tracking requests are from a machine, our system will be paralysed. Hope you could understand.

I asked you a question about a delay in the delivery of a package that I posted on 15th November 2016. Your reply was that I should call a phone number to find out myself.
