Good morning. The system indicates that the package with track and trace 7TM0030937982GJ has been delivered, but that is not true. We did NOT receive it, nor did my neighbors. Please provide the exact address where it was delivered and the name of the person who signed for it. Thank you. What is the delivery company in Buenos Aires?

What then is the point in asking you a question if all you can do is provide a number that I cannot call from Ireland. Your service, and any answer you provide here is useless. Can you, in one sentence tell me what is wrong that it is not delivered almost two months later? If that is too hard a question to answer then close this forum because it is a very simple question.
