Hi Tariel,

It's sent by using China Post ordinary small packet plus. This kind of parcel couldn't be tracked when leaving the first station of China. So, there is no update after Sep. 3. No one could get to know its detailed location right now. You can only wait. If you couldn't receive it in time, open a dispute.

I asked you a question about a delay in the delivery of a package that I posted on 15th November 2016. Your reply was that I should call a phone number to find out myself. What then is the point in asking you a question if all you can do is provide a number that I cannot call from Ireland. Your service, and any answer you provide here is useless.
