Query re non delivery

I’m confused as to why my parcel sent back to company (Beautifulhalo) in China on 25th Sept RN608601373GB has failed to reach them? How do i contact Chinese customs about this as I have only sent back what was sent to me and per instructions from Chinese company. Can tracking please be updated as to where this is now going?

Thanks for the reply Daisy but can you explain why tracking hasn’t been updated to reflect this? How can I get this updated?? Which postal service is sending it back?

Hi Andrew S,
According to the tracking information, China Post doesn't deliver it in China. It was handed over to carrier transport on Nov. 17. That means it will leave China.

It should couldn't be passed the check and on the way back to UK now.
