We were made understood that the parcel for Tracking No. RD317238781CN was successfully delivered however our staff has informed us that no such delivery was received.
As such, we kindly ask if you could furnish us with your Proof of Delivery containing the recipient's signature so that we can track the party who has actually "received" the parcel.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
