Purchase, Shipping and Delivery are Obvious SCAM!! How do I get a refund?

The only thing that has and can be confirmed is that YOU TOOK MY MONEY and have ZERO INTENTION of delivering the merchandise. I am reporting this as a SCAM/FRAUD.
