Proper way to address letter

I am trying to send a letter to someone in China. This is the address she gave me. No. 3 Waihaijiangpan Rd (Jianghai Condo) Building 2, Room 1007, Jinghai District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China. Could you please tell me the proper way to address the envelope so she receives this mail. Thank you for your assistance.

You should also fill in her contact number and name correctly. It's very important especially the phone number.
