proof of non-delivery

Hello,
I bought 6 chairs from Aliexpress on 24/01/2021, the shipment was divided into 3 packages.
Only 1 package arrived at destination on 23/04/2021.
The tracking of the other packages tells me that China post took them in charge.
My 2 missing parcels (CY000279761CN and CY000279775CN) have not arrived yet. The latest location information indicates Brest in Belarus and by searching a little bit, they probably have been transferred to Vilnius in Lithuania.
To solve this problem with Aliexpress, they need a document signed by you specifying the location of the 2 missing packages.
Could you provide me with this document before the end of next week?
