Hi my tracking no is RL810068551IE I have messaged email and phoned with no help as the number I'm told to ring doesn't have anyone who speaks English. Please can you have the statue of delivery explained as to why it wasn't delivered. I'm asking you to tell me the address you tried to deliver to. The company in china I sent it to will not be in touch to collect package so please don't ask me to get them to call because they won't. I'm asking you for proof of delivery

Sorry, the address is personal information. It should be the address you filled. Only China Post could know it. We couldn't know it. It's stuck in Chongqing now. Only the seller contact China Post directly could get it. No one elso could help you about this.
