My business associate Hailin Power has been trying to send spare parts for my Hailin electric generator from CHINA POST (PUDING BRANCH):NO. 247 LIUYI SOUTH ROAD (中国邮政(埔顶邮政支局)六一南路247号) in Fuzhou. The parcel was refused because it contained electronic parts (automatic voltage regulator, and remote control device). I cannot understand the refusal; f.ex. AliExpress sends electronic devices using China Post all the time. PLEASE EXPLAIN!! Best regards, EWH
