My business associate Hailin Power has been trying to send spare parts for my Hailin electric generator from CHINA POST （PUDING BRANCH）：NO. 247 LIUYI SOUTH ROAD (中国邮政（埔顶邮政支局）六一南路247号) in Fuzhou. The parcel was refused because it contained electronic parts (automatic voltage regulator, and remote control device). I cannot understand the refusal; f.ex. AliExpress sends electronic devices using China Post all the time. PLEASE EXPLAIN!! Best regards, EWH
