Product not received yet

Hi ordered a product from Ali express month a ago. I had not received it yet !. Whenever I track it , it shows EDI received since 10 October. Now it's 28 and I had not received it. It's tracking status is not changing.

Hi Moiz Sajjad,

It's still in transit to Pakistan and hasn't arrived. If it couldn't be delivered in in November, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

I received The Healthy Dessert Maker product. When I opened the outer package, the box containing the product was very damaged. Then, when I took out the product to look at it, there were two parts that had damages. I need to return this product and get a refund.
