Hello, I'm having trouble getting my package cleared at customs in China. What does the status "Submit the invoice to China Customs" mean? How can I solve this problem. Parcel number EL020947685RU

The receiver in China needs to call 0755-26755971 to ask what to submit to the customs to get it released.

Hi! Should i be worried that my package right after being send was taken for customs clearance in Guangzhou? It never happened to me normally packaged was leaving China pretty quickly and without problems but now it's stuck and i'm worried about it.
Original Chinese status of a package is "广州市, 送交出口海关/安全"
