Hi I contacted you about ten days ago to hear about my shipment that I’ve been waiting for over a month. Unfortunately no one has been able to tell me yet why the package is still in China when both the seller and the tracking notes appears to be directed to Italy. As you will notice the package has been stationary for 14 days in China after wandering for a month. So here I am trying to understand:
how and who should I solicit to have my order sent?
Can you consider my complaint and start the package? Who should I contact to send the order?

It's in the middle location now. You'd bettter wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it two months, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
